Make this spring great - useful updates and info
Happy Spring!
Dear ,
Springtime is a delight! The trees bud, flower, and slowly unfurl their leaves, radically transforming our landscape from the stark bark and branches of winter to a lush soft green embrace. As the days get longer and warmer we naturally feel more energized and extroverted. We notice the birds singing, the crocuses blooming, and creativity booming.
Spring is a time of creativity and an explosion of birth and rebirth, sprouting and renewing. The virtue of spring is benevolence and generosity. This year I'm focusing my creativity on how I can offer more to our community through Heartseed Health.
One of these offering is the Heartseed Health podcast. I recently interviewed Jo Schaalman, co-founder of the Conscious Cleanse for the latest podcast episode. We're all familiar with the idea of spring cleaning for our homes but what about for our bodies? Jo shared her inspiring journey back to health after a life altering accident and we talked about how the Conscious Cleanse program helps people achieve better health, by offering the support needed to get back to food basics and to eat nutritious whole foods while avoiding foods that may be harmful. It's a great program, and if you're interested in joining, they're starting a new cohort on April 11th, you can get $25 dollars off if you use the NOAH25 when you sign up.
If you missed the previous episode, an interview with Wendy Stern from the Grief Support Network, I highly recommend listening to it as well. Wendy is an incredible woman with a powerful story about the transformational potential of grief.
Another offering I have to share this spring is our new online pharmacy. Basically, you can get any of the supplements, skin care products, or other healthcare products you need for 18% off for the entirety of 2018. If you have any questions or need recommendations, please let me know.
Nature teaches us how to live with grace and beauty. Enjoy the potent burst of life we call spring. Take care of yourself and if you're in the right place, ask yourself "what's one thing I can do be more generous this spring?"
I look forward to connecting again soon.
Warmly,
Noah
P.S. if you know anyone who may enjoy or benefit from these podcast episodes or any of our other offerings please share it in Spring's spirit of generosity.
