Upcoming Workshop: Tools for Navigating Triggers
Cycles of Repair Navigating Getting Triggered
As a parent, a partner, and well... a human—I get triggered. We all do. Over the years, through therapy, coaching, and training, I’ve gathered a toolkit of practices for working with those charged moments. I share them with clients and in Council of Fathers groups, and I’m excited to offer them again next Monday, April 22nd 6:30pm - 8:00pm at the JCC in an interactive workshop.
We’ll explore practical strategies for:
Preventing reactivity before it builds
Navigating the moment when we’re already triggered
Repairing afterward—with ourselves and with others
We’ll ground the work in embodiment and somatic awareness, layer in accessible cognitive frameworks, and explore what I call the “off-ramp” from the cycle of rupture and repair—pathways toward resolving the deeper patterns that fuel our triggers.
This is real, human, relational work. And it’s for anyone who wants to grow their capacity to stay connected even in the hard moments.
I’d love to see you there.
You can register here, but registration is not required.
Warmly,
Noah
